BWT Alpine F1 Team have a new opportunity as a Partnerships Coordinator to join our Marketing Team.
The Role
As Partnerships Coordinator at BWT Alpine F1 Team, you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing our relationships with partners and sponsors. You will work closely with the Partnerships Manager and various internal departments to ensure the successful execution of partnership agreements and maximise the value delivered to our partners.
Key responsibilities include:
Partner Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and sponsors.
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners to understand their objectives, needs, and expectations.
- Regularly communicate with partners to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Partnership Activation:
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute activation plans aligned with their marketing and business goals.
- Coordinate the implementation of partner activations across various channels, including on-site at race events, digital platforms, and social media.
Contract Management:
- Assist in the negotiation and drafting of partnership agreements and contracts.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled on time and to the satisfaction of both parties.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and partnership details.
Activation Management:
- Support the planning and execution of partner-related events, hospitality programs, and experiences.
- Coordinate logistics for partner activities at race events, including guest hospitality, VIP experiences, and brand activations.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership activations and initiatives.
- Analyse key performance metrics and provide insights to optimise future partnership strategies.
- Prepare regular reports for partners and internal stakeholders to track progress and ROI.
The Person
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in partnership management, sponsorship activation, or related roles within the sports or entertainment industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for motorsport and a genuine interest in the Formula 1 industry.
