Description: Operations Department Customer Service Representative (Seasonal Position)

Summary:
The New Hampshire Motor Speedway is seeking highly-motivated and dedicated professionals to join our Operations Department Customer Service Team. The primary responsibility of this position is to work the customer service window located at the main entrance to NHMS. This position is a seasonal position during our normal operating season April 1- October 31. Weekends Included.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide information and directions to guests
• Collect admission, camping, and entry fees
• Maintain contractor admission / exit log
• Answer telephone and two way radio communications
• Perform General Office Tasks
• Request emergency services utilizing 911 to address emergency situations at NHMS
• Other tasks as assigned

• Must be able to work with the public and be able to solve problems.
• Operate a cash register, credit card point of sale machine, & general office equipment.
• Operate computer system using windows based programs.
• Balance and reconcile total sales at end of shift with 100% accuracy.

Experience and Education:

• Minimum of 18 years old
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must have and maintain a valid motor vehicle operator license.
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a credit check
• Must have High School Diploma or GED

There is no relocation compensation for this position. This is NOT a full-time position.

Compensation:
Hourly Commensurate with other seasonal employment opportunities
