In the off-road bike category, we have good results in prestigious competitions such as the Motocross World Championships. The Dakar Rally, also known as "the world's toughest motor sports competition," won the 2019 tournament with victory. This time, with the transfer of those who were mainly in charge of event planning and execution that were active in the Marketing & PR department, we are recruiting Marketing Project Coordinators.

Job Description
You will be responsible for all the tasks involved in the process, from event planning to management.

  • Create and execute sales promotion plan for your product
  • Cataloging your own products
  • Planning and execution of campaign planning
  • Schedule management of receipt and assembly of product parts shipped from home country
  • Planning of the exhibition and negotiation in the company
  • Project management such as cost control at exhibitions and events, staffing plan, equipment transportation plan etc.
  • Negotiation with each department including technology, sales and home country
  • Negotiations with agencies and external media

The events to be planned are basically not through external vendors etc. If you plan on your own and get internal permission, you can be in charge of everything. Since it is required to grasp various business processes and to process them smoothly, it is possible to cultivate various perspectives such as in-house marketing field and sales strategy.

Working hours: 9:30 to 18:30 (1 h break)

Holidays / vacations: 2 days full holiday (Saturday / Sunday), public holidays, summer vacation, New Year holidays etc. [Annual holidays 120 days or more]

Skills and qualifications
