IT Support Engineer (m/w)

Main tasks

  • Maintain and troubleshoot the trackside network (LAN, WAN and WLAN)
  • Support and administer Windows based services such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
  • Support specific hardware and software at track and our premises
  • Deploy and maintain a series of NAS (Sinology and QNAP)
  • Maintain the company's SQL database
  • Server virtualization
  • Troubleshooting of network issues
  • Synchronize data between the headquarter and event location

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering with a major in related fields
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the Motorsport sector
  • Experience with network management tools is essential
  • Fluent English both written and spoken is mandatory
  • Knowledge of handling and programming in Microsoft SQL is a plus
  • You are ready to travel several destinations a year on a frequent basis
  • You complete tasks with minimal guidance and work under pressure to meet deadlines
