Analysis of the environmental improvement potential of a motorsport vehicle regarding usage of alternative materials and resources based on regulation EC 2005/64
Your taks:

Analyse & categorize the Bill of Material of a motorsport vehicle regarding the used materials

Determination and research of the required material information
-
Calculation of the RRR (recyclability - reusability – recoverability) rate based on EC 2005/64 requirements
-
RRR – comparison: motorsport vs road vehicle
-
Elaborate potential to improve environmental performance; provide recommendations accordingly
The requiremets for this project are that you:
-
are a student of Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering or similar
-
need to complete a mandatory internship and/or a final thesis (beginning latest March 2023)

are available for a duration of six months (combined internship and subsequent thesis is possible)
-
have a very good command of the English language (in speech as well as in writing)
-
have good knowledge about different materials used within automotive and motorsport applications (as an advantage)
