INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for an Internal Sales Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for generating sales and growing sales profitably across the line card within a defined customer base, engagement with customers and suppliers. You will report to the Inside Sales Manager and be a part of a fun, diverse team.

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?

  • You will be responsible for developing, executing, and securing running business by the customers.
  • Developing commercial strategy in conjunction with the account managers.
  • Project identification to inform AM/FAE/RPS.
  • Coordinating Arrow's resources and supplier resources to maximize product offering across all technologies.
  • Managing customer requests up to order placement (Q2O).
  • Developing customer relationships.
  • Developing relationships with strategic suppliers to achieve an advantage for Arrow.
  • Exceeding sales and profit objectives within area.
  • Driving supplier specific sales (e.g. Action Week).

  • Dealing with Ambiguity.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Negotiating skills.
  • Ability to organize, self- and time-manage.
  • Skilled with Excel/Word/Outlook and Unity.
  • Fluency in English.
