In this position...

  • You will be able to work very collaboratively and cross functionally with other internal stakeholders and outside vendors to achieve a common goal.
  • This position, due to the importance being placed on the division within the company, will have high visibility across the business.
  • This is an exciting time for the Motorsports team, as it is set to rapidly scale in terms over the upcoming future, to which this role will play an integral role in such.

You'll have...

  • Global Brand Licensing, Category Management, and / or related experience (5-7 years minimum)
  • Experience achieving revenue targets and managing financial forecasts
  • Experience managing contracts and negotiating partner agreements
  • History of strong project management and ability to deliver against timelines
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

  • Prior Motorsports / Racing experience preferred
  • Global experience preferred
  • Collaboration Skills – The ability to collaborate on programs with multiple teams and business partners
  • Relationship Building – The ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams (internal & external)
  • Strategic Thinking – The ability to think strategically and devise / implement strategic business plans
  • Agency Management – The ability to effectively manage workstreams with agency partners
  • Project Management Skills – The ability to manage & deliver multiple projects simultaneously
  • Learning Mindset – An interest in learning from other organizations, taking in new information from the automotive and other industries, including knowledge of merchandise and consumer trends

What you'll do...

  • Business Acumen – Achieve revenue and profit targets, manage licensees, and oversee royalty reporting & forecasting
  • Strategy Development & Implementation – Lead the development of the licensing strategy and execution of growth plans across categories, regions, channels, and brands / nameplates
  • Partner Management – Prospect best-in-class Licensees; optimize existing partnerships; deliver strategic brand collabs; support key brand moments; launch programs at retail; and attend industry events, partner meetings, and tradeshows
  • Contract Management – Manage the negotiation and contract flow of Licensing agreements
  • Analysis – Optimize reporting and conduct analysis to drive business decisions
  • Market Insights – Understand consumer insights and market trends driving customer demand for branded merchandise
