The role:
We are looking for Trimmers to join our Composite Team here at Williams. Would you like to play a vital role in a team which contributes to the race car components? Working in the Composites Department this role will ensure high quality components and other composite assemblies are produced in the most efficient, cost effective way whilst keeping lead-times to a minimum.
Core competencies:

Ability to work with Technical Manuals and drawings to produce high quality parts

Fitting and Trimming of composite components and composite moulds

Strong attention to detail, cost and quality

Carrying out work in adherence to technical drawings, internal and external specifications and build instructions as appropriate ensuring accuracy and process documentation

Bonding and trimming assemblies in accordance with defined standards

Fettling moulds and patterns in accordance with defined standards

Cutting and bonding of pattern materials
Core Skills:
Applicants interested in applying will have a minimum of four years’ experience in a Composite Laminator position and have experience and knowledge within a disciplined Manufacturing environment. Experience working within the Motorsport, Automotive and/ or Aerospace industries is essential. You will be a self-motivator with a proactive approach and a flexible attitude to shift patterns.
