At Renault Sport Racing, we are going through a tremendously exciting period in our 40-year history within Formula 1. At our facility in Enstone, Oxfordshire, we are looking to hire the most talented individuals to join our team and as part of this we have a new opportunity within Hydraulics department for an Assembly Technician.
Assembly Technician – The Role
Reporting to the Hydraulics team leader you will be responsible for the assembly, servicing and sign-off of hydraulic and suspension systems for race, test, running show cars and in-house rig tests. Within this vital role, you will be following set procedures and ensuring that the assemblies meet the required specification. You will also be responsible for the accurate recording of build records and prompt fault reporting.
Assembly Technician – The Person
The successful candidate will be able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure and be self-motivated, organised, working to a high standard, understanding procedures, consistently demonstrating a high level of technical competence and sound communication skills. They will have extensive knowledge and experience in the assembly and servicing of complex hydraulics or suspension systems. We are looking for an individual who will also be flexible in their approach.
