An exciting opportunity exists for a Aero Performance Engineer

We are looking for agile problem solvers who can expedite the investigation and comparison of data gathered at the track, within CFD and at the wind tunnel.

The successful applicant will be involved in car set-up optimisation, track data analysis and simulation correlation, all within Performance Engineering. The job will include the use, design and maintenance of analysis tools with a firm foundation in data science thus some programming experience is desirable.

This role includes some direct, out-of-hours support of track events from "back at base".

As a member of Aero Performance you will be contributing to the aerodynamic analysis and optimisation of our current and future F1 cars. You will enhance the ways in which we visualise and interact with our data to enable robust and profound observations on their performance. Projects will vary from wind tunnel mapping analysis to the use of machine learning to progressively improve the confidence and speed of our observations relative to expectation.
