Xtrac is looking for an experienced HPA (High Performance Automotive) Team Leader to join our build shop team.
Reporting to the Build Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of a process line within the manufacturing function and supporting them with the day-to-day management of the process area.
You will provide leadership to the lead HPA process technicians, coordinating their workloads and providing support to ensure that the team delivers their targets, key performance (KPI’s), and quality standards to the customers’ expectations.

Working in the Advanced Engineering Group, reporting to the Head of Gear Technology, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality analytical solutions to support Xtrac products.
