Reporting to the ESG Manager, the ESG Data Analyst will work with key stakeholders to collect, analyse and manage ESG data pertinent to the delivery of F1’s Sustainability Strategy. The role will predominately have a focus on carbon data but will offer opportunity to work on wider ESG projects to enable the tracking of ongoing progress.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse, and manage data and insights for ESG department, including carbon footprint data and identified KPIs related to the successful delivery of our Sustainability Strategy across Environment and Social programmes.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to collect and validate data
- Ensure data accuracy through internal quality checks.
- Identify trends and anomalies through data analysis.
- Create and manage tracking and reporting mechanisms.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in data quality, reporting and presentation.
- Monitoring changes in external reporting landscape and advising how they apply to F1
- Assist and deliver on relevant legislative and voluntary reporting requirements.
About You
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in an analytical or ESG/Sustainability related field
- Extensive analytical experience preferably in ESG/Sustainability related field
- Experience and knowledge in carbon footprint calculation and reporting
- Confident analytical skills, and confident in using appropriate systems including excel and other analysis tools
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter and ability to work well within a team
