Key Responsibilities
- Taking Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries via email with accuracy and professionalism.
- Liaison with Production Team: Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with customers, keeping them informed about order progress.
- Payment Processing: Handle card payments securely and efficiently.
- Document Management: File and maintain internal documents to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Customer Service Skills: Proven experience in a customer service role with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills for clear and concise email correspondence.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Initiative: Ability to take initiative and solve problems proactively.
- Punctuality: Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Driving License: Preferred, as we have multiple sites in Newcastle.
