Key Responsibilities

  • Taking Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries via email with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Liaison with Production Team: Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with customers, keeping them informed about order progress.
  • Payment Processing: Handle card payments securely and efficiently.
  • Document Management: File and maintain internal documents to ensure smooth administrative operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Customer Service Skills: Proven experience in a customer service role with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills for clear and concise email correspondence.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Initiative: Ability to take initiative and solve problems proactively.
  • Punctuality: Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Driving License: Preferred, as we have multiple sites in Newcastle.
