Aerosweep invented the FOD Boss in 1994 and has since been the global leader in friction mat sweeping. Our sweeping mats are used to remove unwanted debris from high-value surfaces. We sell our products globally across various different product applications, with our two largest markets being aviation and motorsport. Across our Tracksweep (motorsport) product range, some of our notable international customers include almost all Formula 1 circuits globally, The Nürburgring, Ferrari, Porsche, The Moto GP, and countless other well-known customers, all the way down to local municipal motorsport facilities.

Our products are sold globally, with well-developed sales channels in every continent, and the majority of countries around the world. The Role

The Motorsport Sales Manager - North America will be responsible for all sales activities across North America for our Tracksweep product range - predominantly to motorsport circuits and event organisers, but also to various other automotive channels, including OEM proving grounds.

Key activities include:

  • Generate revenue for our motorsport and automotive product - The Tracksweep
  • Leverage existing relationships and connections to create new opportunities
  • Identify ideal customers, approach, and nurture relationships to maximize product reach
  • Manage existing customers to ensure high product satisfaction, ultimately leading to establishing a reorder pattern
  • Identify greenfield expansion opportunities (either product or market) to further grow the Tracksweep revenue stream
  • Conduct regular product demonstrations, attend industry trade shows, and network within the industry to increase product awareness
  • Conduct reporting on activities and maintain communication flow to overseas reporting lines


The Right Candidate

The right candidate will ideally possess the following traits:

  • 5+ years B2B direct sales experience with medium-length nurture lead times - ideally within the motorsport industry.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a driven and motivated attitude
  • Ability to set strategy, execute, review, and learn
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and proficient written communication skills
  • An interest in the motorsport and automotive industry
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar working with a CRM
  • Appreciates healthy work culture, with high ethical and moral integrity
  • Flexibility to travel on occasions
