- Take charge of project tasks, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, addressing risks promptly.
- Prepare compelling reports and presentations for both internal and customer audiences.
- Collaborate closely with customers and suppliers to deliver top-notch solutions.
- Implement industry-standard procedures and methodologies for project execution.
- Utilize problem-solving techniques to overcome engineering challenges.
- Propose and develop hardware solutions based on customer requirements.
- Lead Electrical DFMEA activities to ensure robust designs.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with Functional Safety ISO26262 and FMEDA.
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
- PC literacy, including MS Office, CAD programs, and simulation tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
