Background:
Led by racing legend Michael Andretti, the team fields multiple entries in INDYCAR, INDY NXT, IMSA and Formula E. The global racing enterprise boasts over 250 race wins, four INDYCAR Series championships, five INDY NXT titles, one Indy Pro 2000 and one USF2000 championship, and has captured victory five times at the famed Indianapolis 500-Mile Race. The team is now looking to expand into the pinnacle of motorsport through our Andretti Cadillac Team. 

Job description:
We have an opportunity for an ADM Manager to join the Andretti Cadillac Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role you will lead the work within the ADM department, to produce, deliver and test high quality components for wind tunnel testing and Full size production. Principal Accountabilities:

  • Management and responsibility of the ADM department.
  • Manage the ADM department workload and meet targets.
  • Ensure all parts are manufactured to a high standard.
  • Ensure technical challenges are diagnosed and lead problem solving.
  • Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
  • Work with Design Engineers to improve the efficiency and quality of additive components.
  • Lead and manage Health and Safety requirements within the ADM Department.
  • Occasional travel may be required as part of this role.

Requirements

  • Current Leadership experience within an ADM department.
  • Extensive experience of ADM technologies within a high-level environment (preferably F1).
  • Strong knowledge across multiple ADM technologies.
  • Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Able to perform duties in a timely manner with minimal errors.
  • Ability to line manage / lead teams effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders/directors.
  • Clear and concise communication, verbally and with the use of email.
  • Strong levels of IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture.
