What to ExpectWhat You'll Do
- Project management & leadership of systems and process projects, prioritising the activities of the Project team, ensuring all deliverables are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Managing a portfolio of system and process change activities, completing prioritisation across all areas of sales and marketing.
- Taking ownership of changes, leading from inception to aftercare, managing sponsors and stakeholders of all levels of seniority and involvement.
- Running workshops and design sessions, working with technical experts to elicit requirements from stakeholders, mapping functional specifications, and documenting process documentation.
- Be a champion of innovation, identifying opportunities for improvement in our systems and ways of working.
- Supporting and participating in team knowledge sharing initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrable experience of Project Management, leading and implementing sustained small to large scale, system, process, and organisational change projects.
- An ability to be able to communicate effectively, with sponsors, senior stakeholders, end users and technical experts.
- Experience in business analysis, root cause analysis, troubleshooting and technical problem resolution.
- Experience of CRM, Dynamics, SAP, PowerBI, use of Advanced Finds, and connecting complex data sets is an advantage.
