General Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Cost accountant to support Fisker Europe operations. Main topics to set up and monitor are logistics cost, inventory control and Finished product costing. A small team of cycle counters is reporting to this position. This position will be the primary contact for change management from a finance perspective (impact on product cost). Cost accounting background and familiarity with BOM and Routing as ideally with SAP-user level skills are required.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Interface with manufacturing partner logistics team continuously and ensure correct reporting and tracking of logistics related KPI

Maintain finished product cost based on changes

Build and maintain financial models related to logistics cost along the supply chain to Graz and from Graz to the target point of vehicles

Ensure correct inventory reporting from Graz and verify correctness of cost and change management status; manage directly related scrap activities

Ad hoc analysis as required

Interface with key stakeholders at Fisker and Magna for required KPI reporting
Minimum Qualifications:

Degree in business or Accounting

3+ years experience preferred

Background in cost accounting with focus on inventory valuation in a manufacturing environment,

Internal controls knowledge in regards to inventory control, cut-off compliance in reporting

Proficient in Excel
-
Solid SAP user level knowledge, ideally S4 HANA
