As Product Engineering Team Leader you will be responsible for leading and developing the team of product engineers who in turn have responsibility for component, and system level engineering on the Power Unit.

- Lead and develop the Product Engineers who have designated areas of ‘Specialism’
- Engineer world class solutions to requests in line with departmental policies and procedures
- Consistently deliver performance to the race track, whilst improving reliability
- Champion best practices, and be the gate-keeper for the quality of engineering within their Team
- Represent your team in the key meetings including, Faults Meeting, Performance & Innovation meeting
- Develop departmental processes to support world class engineering with our racing environment
- Develop the overall capability of your team through coaching, 1:1’s, objective setting, and mid and end of year reviews

- HV system design, including three phase motors, high power switching devices, cells and safety critical systems, including engineering best practice for HV environments

Have experience of…
- High power density electric machines is desirable
