We are looking for a Team Coordinator (m/f/d) GT3 to be part of customer motorsport team in Cologne, Germany. Are you a team player who thrives on responsibility, with strong analytical and logical skills? Your tasks:

 

  • overall responsibility for organisation, steering and development of our professional GT3 racing teams
  • strategic planning, development and rollout of international racing events: Coordination of performance teams and cooperation partners
  • ensure excellence in liaison with Motorsport Associations and Promoters (FIA, SRO,...) regarding homologation & BOP related topics
  • grow and nurture our customer racing clientele base at all touchpoints, including customer relationship management
  • create and explore new ways to drive customer engagement and loyalty, taking into account the needs of our customers and the brand

 

 

The successful candidate will:

 

  • have a recognised apprenticeship (preferably in mechanics or similar) or experience to equivalent depth in a motorsport industry
  • show experience in the professional GT3 racing industry; either as an engineer, or part of a race team, or in a customer support role
  • have the ability to work to the highest standards and to tight deadlines
  • be confident with good interpersonal & communication skills (verbal & written)
  • show a flexible approach to working hours and extensive travel as well as the ability to perform under pressure
