THE ROLE
We’re looking to appoint a number of Technicians with expertise in chassis, transmission, engine, hydraulics and electrical to strengthen our busy workshop and event teams. Responsible for the preparation of high-performance competition vehicles, our workshop technicians deliver a consistently high level of performance whilst supporting a variety of motorsport programmes.
The role responsibilities include:

Build, setup and commissioning of competition cars.

Ensuring a consistently high level of quality build.

Assisting with fault diagnosis.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for self-motivated team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
You should be educated to technician level and have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.
You should pride yourself on your attention to detail, and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
You should have good communication skills, and a keen eye for problem solving and implementing solutions.
Experience in a similar motorsport environment would be an advantage, and you should share our determination to deliver a winning performance.
