Quality Manager

  • To develop quality plan and ensure full implementation in operations.
  • To lead the internal quality audit, report to management the results and follow up on the corrective actions
  • To conduct SPC and other quality tools training for operations. Assist Engineering in analyzing SPC reports and propose improvement plan.
  • To oversee the daily quality activities such as incoming/ outgoing inspection and process audit.
  • To collect and analyze quality records and develop improvement plans.
  • To provide analysis on Cost of Quality for management.
  • To lead the task team in failure analysis, problem solving and design appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
  • To improve inspection effectiveness as well as efficiency by introducing cost effective measuring system or equipment such as gauge design.

Qualification:   BE/B. Tech in Mechanical or Engineering & with IATF 16949 (TS) and system knowledge with relevant experience /  MBA – Added advance

Experience:  15 – 20  years of experience

  • Strong Knowledge of Quality Systems.
  • Analytical and Problem Solving Ability
  • Capable of handling customer (OEM & Internals) & Supplier Quality Management
  • Experience in Handling system Audits 
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation and Influencing Skill
