Cordes Performance Racing is a fast growing business consisting of a small tight knit group of passionate and talented people who's primary work is on late model GM vehicles such as Corvette, Camaro, Cadillac CTS-V etc. We also work on all other late model domestic vehicles.
We specialize in aftermarket performance as well as general maintenance and repairs. We are not a general repair shop. The majority of our work will be with aftermarket parts with a focus on increasing performance in a number of different ways.
We are looking for another technician to come in and be a part of the team. Potential applicants must be creative and be able to problem solve. When dealing with performance parts there isn't always instructions or a guide to look at, a good amount of your work will require thinking outside of the box and adding aftermarket systems and parts with OEM quality, appearance and reliability as the goal.
You will be working mostly on your own to finish jobs with the guidance of the shop manager and the lead tech as needed. We understand this is a specialized area of automotive work and will help where experienced guidance is required with the expectation that you will learn quickly and take notes if needed.
