Payroll Manager

Alpine F1 Team have an opportunity to join the team as a Payroll Manager where you will manage and process all aspects of payroll for all staff working at the Enstone site.

 

Payroll Manager – The Role

 

The core responsibility of this position will be the management and processing of payroll from start to finish for approximately 1000 UK based employees.  You will be responsible for the preparation and successful submission of year end returns and P60’s and the preparation and timely processing of BACS files, P11ds, tax, NI, expenses etc. 

 

You will ensure Monthly payroll reports, including reports for Finance are processed effectively and contributing to & implementing the annual compensation & benefits policy.  You will lead on all share scheme administration including the reporting of employee tax, all pension administration including payroll reports and queries & all sickness administration, including producing monthly reports of high sickness to enable Managers to act in the management of sickness issues amongst many other associated duties.

 

Payroll Manager – The Person

 

We are looking for an individual with experience of working in a stand-alone payroll function who has exceptional numerical skills, is collaborative and has experience of Compensation and Benefits.  Experience of using ResourceLink will be an advantage but not essential.
