Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter looking to join a Timber powerhouse offering you work life balance, over half of the year off and create products that are helping the UK to move towards a more sustainable future?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are at the forefront of the renewable energy movement and are making a real difference in the world. They are experts in processing timber and creating renewable energy products like wood pellets and biomass fuel.

You will be responsible for reporting and repairing broken equipment within the plant. You will receive training on the machinery giving you the ability to fault find and reduce downtime. You will be part of a large maintenance team working 7 days a fortnight (2 days one week, 5 days the other), giving you half the year off!

Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat & Sun - 7am to 7pm
Week 2: Wed & Thurs - 7am to 7pm
Week 3: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat & Sun - 7pm to 7am
Week 4: Wed & Thurs - 7pm to 7am

Reporting and replacing damaged equipment (Mechanical, Hydraulics

Alternating days and nights
