Hours: 6:00-14:00 Mon-Thurs, 6:00-11:30 Fri / 13:30-22:00 Mon-Thurs, 10:30-16:00 Weekly Rotation

The Role
Minimise production downtime, by carrying out routine scheduled maintenance (PPMs) and respond to unplanned breakdowns within the stipulated timeframes.
Carry out both planned maintenance and reactive breakdowns to plant machinery efficiently and effectively.
Ensure that production operations maximise output and minimise downtime safely through regular planned maintenance.
Respond to unplanned breakdowns in a timely and effective manner, working alongside engineering and production colleagues to minimise disruption.
Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns
Carry out all work according to company procedures and Health & Safety Policies
The Requirements
Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment (essential)
Multi-skilled Electromechanical Engineer - Mechanical Bias preferred (essential)
Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic capabilities (essential)
Relevant Electrical/Mechanical Qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQs) - Advantageous
Knowledge of PLC systems (advantageous)
Full UK Driving License required
