We are looking for an IT expert to maintain AMS’ technical infrastructure. You will be the one to ensure that all IT systems necessary to support our objectives are in place. You will be the liaison between our external IT company and AMS.
In this role, you should be detailed-oriented and an excellent communicator. You should also have a strong technical background. A great candidate must keep up-to-date with advancements in the field of Information Technology.
The goal is to ensure that our IT infrastructure add the maximum value to our company so as to facilitate the success of our business.
Necessary IT Skills:
Able to troubleshoot and work quickly under pressure
Knowledge of Windows Servers
Knowledge of NAS servers
Knowledge of VPN setup and configuration
Knowledge of Windows 7 & 10
Knowledge of Office 2013 and above
Able to maintain Ubiquiti cameras and security systems
Able to manage and operating large LAN setups.
Build, repair, and upgrade OEM and custom-built PCs
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a big plus
Knowledge of Windows Remote Desktop and Team viewer is a big plus
Knowledge of Konica Minolta printers is a big plus
Necessary Web Master Skills:
Can manage and maintain un-managed VPS web servers
DNS setup and configuration.
Knowledge of WordPress and Woo Commence
Knowledge of Custom WordPress theme modifications and development
