Design Office Project Engineer

Role Overview:

  • Act as the primary interface for technical queries from the Technical Support Service.
  • Ensure all design office deliverables meet project budget and schedule.
  • Manage and maintain design management plans.
  • Coordinate support activities between design teams and technical support services, including safety and airworthiness issues, technical queries, configuration management, and aircraft repair schemes.
  • Provide technical coordination for modification proposals, impact assessments, and technical statements of work.
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders as required.
  • Collaborate with the Design Office Manager to enhance expositions to meet emerging requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Regulatory knowledge in line with EASA and CAA processes.
  • Familiarity with certification requirements (FAR/CS29).
  • Understanding of certification and qualification processes.
  • Technical competencies in the aerospace field.
