Description
- Coordinates the professional activities of the team members and allocate resources in order to ensure quality results in line with the department‘s strategy.
- Is recognized in the team as a specialist in his area and tracks, monitors, evaluates the performance of his team members;
- Develops technical solutions in his area of responsibility;
- People development and performance management: is responsible to ensure that employee’s technical and social skills are at the level required by the job; motivates and performs periodical evaluation for all direct reports;
- Coaching and mentoring: technical coaching of team members in order to obtain expected project results;
- Communication: ensure cross-functional communication / cooperation in order to improve information flow inside the team and with the business partners.
Qualifications
- Experience with Automotive Quality standards;
- Knowledge about business environment (Practical understanding of quality management tools);
- Quality tools & processes;
- Plan and control quality assurance measures on work-package / (sub)project level; Documentation;
- Execute internal process audits;
- Piloting and roll-out of new development processes in the project. Support process managers in the dedicated BU area;
- Contributes to the improvement of process in the respective area.
