About Esses: Founded in 2019, Esses Racing is run by a core group of motorsport professionals with experience in NASCAR, IndyCar, IMSA, and Formula 1. We provide premium racing services offering track day and race support, driver development and coaching, race car maintenance/tuning, and engine computer maintenance and repair. The shop is split into 3 departments: GT Prototype, Street Cars, and Sport Racer. Esses Racing competes in GT World Challenge Series, Porsche Sprint Challenge, and Radical Cup North America along with regular track days at Circuit of the Americas.

We are looking for experienced and motivated full time racing technician professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate must be self driven, hard working, and have a deep understanding of street and race cars. A proven background with at least 3 years of previous professional motorsport and race team experience is essential! The ability to travel and willingness to work weekends is a prerequisite.
Attention to detail
Key understanding of mechanical engineering along with a good motorsport knowledge
Experience & Qualifications
3 years min. experience as a Race Team Technician
Ability to learn shop’s CRM tool (Shopmonkey)
Valid Clean Driver's License
Passport (may be later required for international travel)
Upkeep, maintenance, setup and running of Esses Racing’s race cars.
Must be able to diagnose malfunctions, as well as perform necessary repairs
Clearly document work that is performed on the repair order
Effectively communicate with team lead or advisor when adjustments and additional work is needed
Coordinate with engineers who may request for changes or parts installment
Must be willing to have a good time on and off the track!
