As quality engineer, member of the Quality team of the Applus IDIADA, your mission will be to guarantee the quality levels and requirements of the internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Management of internal incidences and complaints.
- Comunication with the clients regarding actions taken as a result of complaints.
- Analysis of non conforming work (incidences and complaints) in collaboration with the affected processes.
- Follow-up of non conformities reported in the system to guarantee the effectivenes of actions taken and its deadlines.
- Support to the Corporate Quality Manager with the internal and external audits.
- To create and review internal procedures.
