Directly reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure all procurement is carried out in a lean, efficient and cost effective manner, whilst liaising with all departments to ensure production schedules are met.
You will manage a portfolio of suppliers ensuring Quality, Delivery and Cost are aligned to the business requirements and expectations. You’ll facilitate the purchasing of material in line with MRP, analyse supplier information to establish on time delivery for the production line and manage exception messages in line with the business needs.
The ideal candidate will either have experience within a similar role or will be degree educated (engineering or business-related) with an eagerness to start a career in Procurement.
