Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d)
In einem kleinen, familiären Team bist Du mitverantwortlich für den Ausbau und die Weiterentwicklung des (digitalen) Marketings. Du bist verantwortlich für die digitale Content-Strategie sowie Kanalplanung bis hin zur kommunikativen Begleitung von Events und hilfst mit deinem Team aktiv mit Racing Unleashed auf das nächste Level zu bringen.
THE MAIN TASKS INCLUDE
- Planning, implementation and analysis of online marketing activities
- Email marketing and marketing automation
- Responsibility for all communication channels (website (Craft CMS), newsletter)
- Development and maintenance of digital marketing (SEO, SEA; Google Ads / Display Ads campaigns)
- Analysis and reporting of all digital channels
- Responsibility and optimisation of relevant website content
- Analysis of user behaviour and derivation of corresponding recommendations for action
- Observation of trends in the field of digital marketing and deriving suggestions for further or new developments
- Assisting with the implementation of challenges and events
- Creating graphic content for online and/or offline use
- Supporting the cooperation with agencies
We require
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or degree with at least 5 years of professional experience or a comparable qualification
- Solid experience with the relevant tools and technologies of digital marketing as well as in dealing with analysis and evaluation tools
- Creative personality with a flair for graphics
- Knowledge of current tools and software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Google products, Social Media Ad Manager, Craft CMS)
- Willingness to work irregular hours (weekends and evenings) at various locations
- Good written and spoken German and English (mandatory), Spanish and/or Italian an advantage
- High level of self-motivation, drive and independence but also a team player
- Very communicative and structured personality
- Out-of-the-box thinking
- Ready to travel within Switzerland and neighbouring countries
- Pleasure in dealing with new technologies
