Workshop Service Advisor / Administrator

We are currently looking for an experienced workshop service advisor/administrator to join our busy team. Previous experience in the prestige automotive or motorsport industry is essential. The successful candidate will have a general knowledge of the automotive service department daily running procedures, as well as administration and job card familiarity.

You will be familiar with workshop machinery, automotive parts, job/labour pricing, invoicing and general workshop procedures. We require a strong team player who will be an integral link between the service department and management. With excellent communication skills and the ability to show initiative, you will be required to assist the technicians with necessary parts and service requirements.  You will enjoy supporting others when the need arises and provide top level service to our valued customers.

Duties would include but not be limited to;

  • Taking customer enquiries and service bookings
  • Determining workshop priority jobs
  • Manage all administration, job cards and invoicing
  • Parts management, sales and orders
  • Job allocations and diarising bookings
  • Freight, courier and dispatch operation globally
  • Data entry
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and agents
  • Meet and greet customers
  • Providing accurate estimates and quotes
  • Scheduling follow-up services and future bookings
  • Various Racing weekends away.
