About The Role
Every one of the people working behind the scenes of Formula 1 are vital to keep the wheels turning. The role of Sustainability Manager is an important part of the team.
Reporting into the Head of Sustainability, you will:
- Manage a team of 2 Sustainability Coordinators in the delivery of our Sustainability Strategy.
- Manage ISO2012 1 environmental management system for events, supervising the review of Sustainability Plans prepared by the Sustainability Coordinators, identifying and assessing opportunities & risks and providing solutions to relevant business divisions.
- Be responsible for the tracking & management of our sustainability targets and produce internal and external sustainability/ESG reports.
- Keep abreast of changes to ESG legislation and practices to ensure business procedures and policies remain current.

About You
You have:
- Extensive experience of leading sustainability programmes with a track record of practical delivery against publicly stated goals on environmental and social issues in a major commercial organisation.
- Proven ability to lead, implement and deliver sustainability commitments on time and within budget, and to work within a high profile, commercial environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with an ability to produce written reports, policies and provide advice and training where necessary.
- An ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment, with a commercial and pragmatic working style.
