Based in Alzenau, near Frankfurt in Germany, Hyundai Motorsport GmbH is responsible for Hyundai’s global motorsport activities and primarily for its World Rally Championship program. We are currently looking for an Purchase & Customs Clearance Specialist to join our team.
Main tasks
- Support customs clearance for import/export
- Preparation and completion of orders for parts, materials and equipment
- Tracking orders and ensure timely delivery
- Customs documentation management
- Transportation organization for material delivery
- Coordinating warehouse communication to ensure proper storage
- Documenting and analyzing of data
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and prices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or similar education in relevant field
- Work experience as a Customs clerk or as a Purchase Specialist/ Assistant
- Fluent English and German both written and spoken is mandatory
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP (ERP)
- Ability to perform with intensive communication and high pressure in a team
