THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Fabricator to join our ever-growing team in our Fabrications Department. The role will cover workload on a range of our projects and products. The role also offers the opportunity for worldwide travel to motorsport events.
The role and responsibilities include:

Fabrication and welding of components in thin gauge steels and aluminium.

Setting up and operating fabrication workshop machinery – Guillotines/ Presses/ Folders.

Cutting and shaping materials using grinders/ oxy fuel/ plasma processes.

Fabricating jigs and fixtures.

Preparation and assembly of parts for WRC events and other motorsport programmes.

Fabrication and welding repairs of plant equipment/ trucks/ trailers.

Working closely with Designers and Senior Fabricators with development work.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A candidate with a Level 3 certificate or equivalent qualification in Fabrication and Welding.
Knowledge and understanding of engineering principles.
You should be well organised, and delivery focused, with a strong analytical approach and meticulous attention to detail.
A candidate with a minimum of three years’ experience in a Fabrication Workshop.
Ability to undertake fabrication and welding tasks with minimum guidance.
Ability to communicate effectively to all team members.
