Customer After-Sales Advisor

THE ROLE

​We’re looking to expand our busy Sales Team with the appointment of a Customer After-Sales Advisor. Assisting our valued customers with various motorsport programmes around the world, our Customer After-Sales Advisor will be at the very heart of our business – providing a high level of interpersonal customer service.

​The role and responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with global teams to provide parts and services.

  • Closely listening to customers concerns and address these appropriately.

  • Producing time schedules to meet customer requirements.

  • Upsell additional services or products to customers.

  • Arranging component rebuilds and scheduling with internal departments.

  • Updating customers with progress on their component rebuilds and orders.

  • Working closely with our Accounts department to ensure all payments are taken and followed up with appropriate documentation.

 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

​We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

​You should be a well-organised individual with an eye for detail as well as a basic understanding of technical parts and knowledge of commercial invoices.

​You should be capable of prioritising busy workloads to meet strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment and be a creative thinker with a talent for resolving issues – always keen to seek a positive outcome and involve the right parties with your strong collaboration skills.

​This complements strong communication, excellent telephone etiquette, strong negotiation skills and an ability to build strong internal and external relationships which instil a sense of trust and security amongst colleagues and customers alike.

​You should have strong computer skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite as well as an understanding of computerised stock control systems.

​Experience in a similar automotive/car-dealership setting would be an advantage, and you should be committed to delivering a consistently high level of customer service and performance.
