Duties / Responsibilities (Including Objectives of the role):
To support Lotus’ business process platform design, development and optimisation.
The key responsibilities and key accountabilities of the role.
- Build business solutions from requirements & user stories, using low code applications, such as K2 and SharePoint
- Develop workflows that integrate processes across the business, using various business systems
- Participate in review meetings and provide updates on requirements, design, test cases etc.
- Develop and carry out test plans
- Configure, model and troubleshoot data integration points of business systems and complementary technologies
- Consider system design and the application roadmap, make recommendations and implement in order to leverage the applications
- Optimise the application by building foundational objects
- Provide 2nd line support to business users
- Enable the service desk to provide appropriate 1st line support
- Carry out user experience analysis, make recommendations and implement when agreed

Qualifications and Experience (Essential & Desirable criteria)
Knowledge
Consider experiences, any formal qualifications genuinely necessary or key areas of knowledge
- General computer literacy
- Any experience in high-level or drag-and-drop application development, such as VB, script, Touch or Scratch
- Basic understanding of simple databases or tables
- Experience of configuring on Business Process Management systems and working with businesses to optimise processes
- Experience with K2 5.3 (Smartforms) or a similar BPM platform
- Sharepoint development/configuration
- Database development, such as SQL/MySQL
