Responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead key initiatives and projects with recruiting team, stakeholders, and hiring partners
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies and tools.
- Define, design, and implement recruiting programs and search engagements for a variety of technical roles. This includes understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration, and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply
- Partner with hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates. Skillfully support weighing the anticipated and immediate challenges of the targeted role,
- ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
- Leverage search and problem-solving expertise on a variety of Global Recruiting initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Extensive recruiting in IT and experience within a corporate environment managing multiple levels and teams
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience working with matrixed teams
- Experience partnering with teams, including management
- Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting, and networking
- Engage candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations
- Counsel candidates to assist them in taking the right decision
- Understanding candidate's profile to evaluate role fitment (Screening & Shortlisting)
- Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers
- Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process
- Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams
- Experience in partnerships across a variety of functions to build on as well as create candidate experiences that align with Frisker’s values and mission
