Requirements:
- Prior experience building engines including high performance
- Ability to specify requirements to meet target performance
- Develop and document detailed work plan for each project; track progress, build and invoice details
- Proficient in engine teardown and measurement
- Diagnose, analyze root cause and provide forward solutions
- Engine simulation experience a plus
- Dynamometer operation
- Engine Tuning
- Machining experience
- High attention to detail
- Fabrication experience
- Highly organized
- Computer skills - minimum of internet research, email, file management, data entry. Prefer excel, engine simulation, PowerPoint, tuning software, RacePack software, other
- Committed to quality and confidentiality
- Provide own basic mechanic tools in a rolling toolbox
