This role will be working within our Accreditation team to ensure each F1 Grand Prix is effectively accredited.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Reporting day to day to Head of Accreditation.
- Organising all Accreditation & Paddock Club tickets plus assisting with all other forms of Formula 1 accreditation within a busy and fast paced department.
- Assist with pass production using in house accreditation access control system and dedicated printers.
- Check printed passes for correct quantities, names and photos, access rights and send out collection details.
- Assemble lanyards and pack ready for shipment upon approval.
- Monitor all Accreditation mailboxes.
- Approve pass requests within agreed guidelines, set by Head of Accreditation. Liaise with teams, promoters, sponsors, suppliers etc. concerning accreditation queries.
- Maintain season allocations.
- Freight packing and unloading.
- Dealing with incoming deliveries and outgoing DHL shipments
