Purpose of the Role:
To improve the performance of the race car through analysis and presentation of aerodynamic data that influences the setup and aerodynamic development direction.
Role Dimensions:
We have a number of positions within our composite assembly manufacturing team to support our 2023 F1 car build to produce composite parts and assemblies to support our Formula One Team at MTC. Principally; tooling, trimming and bonding of various composite components.
Principal Accountabilities:
Produce parts 100% to engineering drawing
We have a number of contract positions for Laminators to support our 2023 F1 car build, with main responsibilities being to produce composite laminates to a high standard and to tight deadlines. We have shifts available on both day and night shifts.
Principal Accountabilities:
Production and laminating of F1 car components
Mould preparation, manufacture and maintenance
Vacuum bagging of components
Operation of autoclaves

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
We have a number of Quality Inspector contract positions within the quality control department to support our 2023 F1 car build. Working with the latest metrology technology and tools, the successful candidate will play a leading role in ensuring that new and in-service components are delivered to the race track to the highest conforming standard to enhance the safety of our drivers and optimise car performance.

The challenge
We are looking to recruit a talented and versatile electronics engineer to join the Electronic Group working on the F1 racing programme. You will be responsible for a diverse range of projects either used on the car itself or in direct support of its development and rig testing. Projects range from selecting and implementing control system sensors through to the design and development of small mixed digital and analogue devices.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join the McLaren Racing F1 Finance Partnering Team. The successful candidate will possess a ‘can-do’ attitude, with a high level of attention to detail, enabling the preparation of high quality, data driven insight, analysis and commentary to support the Finance Partnering team across the Technical, Production and Racing functions.
Role Dimensions:
The project is a £13M Capital investment infrastructure project which needs support for an initial 9 months. The intent of the project is to take the Carbon Manufacturing processes that currently exist at MTC and relocate these to a new building approx. 1mile away in Woking however this isn’t a lift and shift of current assets from one location to another, the project involves the procurement of new assets which include machine tools, Autoclaves, and various smaller tools & equipment.
An opportunity has arisen to join the Performance Analysis Group within our world class Vehicle Performance department. Working with cutting edge driver-in-the-loop simulator technology, the successful candidate will support the running of simulator sessions with professional test drivers, including McLaren F1 Drivers.
