THE ROLE
We’re looking to appoint a Rally Engineer to provide engineering support and strengthen our busy WRC event and test team. Extracting maximum performance whilst ensuring the efficient running of our competition vehicles, our Rally Engineers are at the very core of the team – travelling the world in pursuit of the very best results.
The role and responsibilities include:

Providing technical assistance on WRC tests and events.

Defining and delivering vehicle running procedures and ensuring the efficient running of event entry cars.

Helping to drive an integrated and collaborative approach to improving performance aspects, including identifying and resolving technical issues.

Prepare post event reports and bulletins to include event and performance analysis of both the car and team.

Ensuring event entry cars comply with FIA technical and event specific regulations.

Preparing a high standard of technical documentations and details of technical updates.

Helping the team in the development and improvement of internal systems in order to aid efficiency and quality.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
You should be educated to either a MEng or BEng degree level in either Motorsport/Automotive Engineering and have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.
You should have experience and knowledge of data logging and analysis software, and be well organised and delivery focused, as well as having strong problem solving skills.
You should pride yourself on your attention to detail, and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a
time-sensitive environment.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills, and be confident producing professional technical documents and reports.
A minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar chassis engineering role in motorsport. This can include; Rallying, Racing, or Rally Raid.
