Finance Assistant
Alpine F1 Team have a new opportunity to join our growing Finance team. We are looking to add to our excellent team with individuals who are motivated to significantly contribute to our relentless pursuit of excellence – and ultimately a championship contending team.
In the role of Finance Assistant you will be working within our busy Finance department based at Enstone, Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the finance industry.
Finance Assistant – The Role
Reporting to the Head of Treasury & Financial Controls you will play a vital role in the contribution of financial administration, ensuring financial transactions are recorded and processed accurately in line with financial controls. You will provide productive support through effective communication and organisational skills.
The key accountabilities for this role are:
- Supporting the Accounts Payable and Treasury functions
- Process purchase ledger invoices
- Process staff expenses
- GRNI Reconciliation and housekeeping
- Primary administrator for treasury platforms
- Posting/Reconciliation of banking platforms
- Petty Cash needs and reconciliation including Float issue & returns.
- Monthly Exchange Rates
- Sales Order/Sales Invoice issue
Finance Assistant – The Person

- A keen interest in gaining experience in the finance industry with a view to taking accountancy qualifications
