In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Cost Engineer to guarantee accurate cost analysis on interior & exterior trims development and realization.
Working with Ferrari means working with engineering excellence and innovation on the highest level. In this position, you will interact at different levels with R&D, procurement and production departments in order to define the target costs of new components. You will play a challenging role in providing cost reduction solutions based on benchmarking on variable costs, investments, tooling and R&D costs. And of course you will be in charge of supporting buyers in identifying products that match functional and quality requirements available at the correct price.
Desired Skills and Experience
In order to succeed in this challenging role, we are looking for an Engineering graduate profile (Bachelor/Master/MBA) with 3-5 years of highly relevant experience gained in design of trims, and at least 1 year in a cost-analysis role (ideally in the automotive sector).

A good knowledge of Italian and English language (both spoken and written) is essential.
