THE ROLE
With the 2024 season underway, we’re looking to a number of Senior Technicians with expertise's and backgrounds in either Rally, Rally Raid or Racing, to strengthen our busy Workshop and Event Teams. Responsible for the preparation of high-performance competition vehicles, our Technicians deliver a consistently high level of performance whilst supporting a variety of motorsport programmes. These include; WRC, Rally Raid, Test Teams and Customer Team.
The role responsibilities include:

Build, setup and commissioning of competition cars.

Ensuring a consistently high level of quality build.

Assisting with fault diagnosis.

Working closely with Engineers and #1 & #2 Technicians with development work.

Encouraging and supporting Junior Technicians.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for self-motivated team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
You should be educated to technician level and have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.
You should pride yourself on your attention to detail, and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
You should have strong communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively to all team members.
A candidate with a keen eye for problem solving and implementing solutions.
You should have at least 2 years' experience as a Race/Rally Technician in a similar highly competitive motorsport series.
You should share our determination to deliver a winning performance.
