Powertrain Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Principal and Senior Engineers to achieve engineering objectives.
- Conduct testing activities on the engine dynamometer or sub-system rig.
- Develop ECU and control system calibrations.
- Lead engine or subsystem build technicians.
- Oversee instrumentation and data logging installations.
- Analyze and present data from build and test activities.
- Investigate and propose solutions to encountered issues.
- Provide regular feedback and reports.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a test or development engineer in Motorsport, Aeronautical, or Automotive industry.
- Bachelor's degree (2.1 or above) in a relevant engineering field or equivalent.
- Understanding of internal combustion engine principles and systems.
- Proficiency in at least one data logging package.
- Strong organizational skills.
