Leadership Development Manager

We are looking for a Leadership Development Manager who will work closely with the wider HR team and senior leadership team to provide strategic direction on talent and leadership development. A thought leader on leadership and management development who stays up to date with industry trends and can bring new and exciting ideas that challenge the current way we provide learning solutions.

This role will have scope to work across the full life cycle of learning. From the analysis, introduction, design to delivery and evaluation. 

As the Leadership Development Manager, you will:

  • Scope, design and delivery of content-rich leadership and talent initiatives that drive impactful change.

  • Partner with stakeholders from across the business to identify training needs on an organisational, functional, and individual level.

  • Produce blended L&D initiatives to implement business wide whilst ensuring cost efficiency throughout.

  • Evaluate and report on impact of training programmes, using findings to continuously improve the programmes output.

  • Curation and management of the internal digital learning platform including promotion and usage.

  • Provide coaching support to leaders across the business.

  • Identifying, selecting, and managing external training and accreditation bodies, agencies, and providers necessary to deliver required training to a high standard.

  • Implement and monitor the companywide mentorship programme.

  • Support employees to become continuous learners to allow individuals to own their own development.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Leadership Development role with a strong track record of programme ownership.

  • Previous experience designing and delivering training to a high standard.

  • Experience working with learning providers to develop a blended approach to learning as well creating and delivering your own content.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and priorities, whilst working with ambiguity and tight deadlines.

  • Strong facilitation skills which encourage participation and appropriate challenge of participants.

  • Previous experience of the use of psychometric tools in a development setting.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage and meet internal customer needs and expectations.
